Priscilla Enriquez

Priscilla Enriquez is the Chief Giving Officer for the Foundation, where she is responsible for grantmaking, community engagement, and program initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in grantmaking and philanthropy, she has made community investments in human services, the arts, consumer protection, digital divide, health care, and youth.

Prior to the Foundation, Priscilla has served in leadership positions with ZeroDivide, a foundation addressing digital divide issues across the state, the California Telehealth and Telemedicine Center, creating greater access to health care in underserved communities through technology, Omni Healthcare (a Sutter Health HMO) in its roll-out of Geographic Managed Care for the Medi-Cal and medically underserved populations, and at the March of Dimes making grants in maternal and child health for a 12-county region.

Priscilla currently sits on several local, regional, statewide, and national boards: Community Health Charities of California; Friends of the Sacramento Arts Commission; Sacramento Regional Performing Arts Alliance (the newly merged Sacramento Philharmonic and Sacramento Opera); co-chair to the national Council on Foundations affinity group, ProNet. She received her Bachelors and Masters from the University of California at Berkeley, and was a recipient of the Pew Charitable Trust Educational Stipend.
