Fizza Khan

Fizza Khan is the Communications Coordinator for the Sacramento Region Community Foundation. She supports the Foundation’s communications by assisting with social media content, writing stories that highlight philanthropic impact, coordinating communications for Foundation events, and developing print and digital materials that connect the community with opportunities to give and engage.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Fizza earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Sacramento. Before joining the Foundation, she worked in nonprofit communications, where she developed storytelling and marketing strategies that strengthened community engagement and supported fundraising efforts. She is passionate about using communications to share meaningful stories and connect people with causes that make a difference.

Outside of work, Fizza enjoys traveling, reading romance novels, going to the movies, and trying new matcha spots around the Sacramento area.
