We often recommend organizations show a beneficial interest in the assets the Foundation holds for your Nonprofit Fund, typically listed as a permanently restricted net asset or net assets with donor restrictions. In most cases, you’ll report only your organization’s contributions to the fund. Because each organization is unique, please consult your auditor or financial advisor for guidance specific to your agency’s situation.
