What assets do you accept?

Our team members are experts in identifying the most effective charitable solutions for the assets your clients want to give. We have in-house expertise to process complex gifts, helping your clients reach their charitable goals. Types of assets we accept include cash, stocks and other appreciated assets, business interests, real estate, retirement assets, and estate assets. See Ways to Give.

What administrative services do you provide?

With our commitment to delivering world-class philanthropy, we offer a variety of support services to donors, based on their fund type. In general, we handle all back office support for your client’s charitable fund. In most cases, your clients will have access to our online donor portal, where our team will update them with information on contributions, awards (as applicable), investment earnings, and more. In addition, we are happy to conduct research on your client’s behalf, promote grant or scholarship opportunities (as applicable), and manage due diligence to ensure compliance. Our Philanthropy Team is available during office hours to respond to you and your client’s questions and needs.

What is the minimum gift required to open a fund?

The minimum contribution to set up all funds except for Scholarship Funds is $10,000; the minimum to establish a Scholarship Fund is $25,000. To endow any type of fund, the minimum contribution is $50,000; this ensures the fund generates meaningful awards to support the causes your clients care about most — forever.

We accept a variety of assets and have in-house expertise to process complex gifts, in collaboration with you and your clients, ensuring they achieve the greatest tax advantages. Charitable funds can also accept planned gifts. See Ways to Give.

What is the fee for administering a fund?

We offer a variety of philanthropic funds to help your clients achieve a wide range of charitable goals, and our competitive support fees vary based on the type of fund. Support fees offset the cost of administration. Importantly, they are also reinvested in the community through our grantmaking and programs — attending to critical regional issues, improving local lives, and multiplying the impact of your clients’ giving.
