When Kim Pacini-Hauch walked into Front Street Animal Shelter and laid her eyes on Teddy, a terrier waiting to find his forever home, it was love at first sight. Over thirty years later, Kim and her husband, Richard Hauch, continue to be passionate advocates for animal welfare, supporting local shelters and sponsoring adoption days.
Through hard work and dedication, Kim built a tremendously successful real estate career and Richard served this community as an anesthesiologist at Mercy General Hospital for nearly four decades. Fortunately for nonprofits throughout the region, they put that same dedication towards supporting the causes they love.
Together, they established a Donor Advised Fund at the Foundation to facilitate their giving, and now benefit from the Foundation’s expert charitable stewardship and deep community knowledge. As longtime philanthropists, Kim and Richard are known for their generosity throughout this community, and through the Kim Pacini-Hauch and Richard Hauch Foundation, their charitable giving remains efficient and impactful.
