Roy Brewer, partner at Brewer Lofgren LLP, has been one of the leading land use attorneys in the Sacramento area for approval of complex multi-use projects since 1984. He has served as legal counsel, project manager, and advocate for many high-visibility projects and has successfully negotiated approvals with regulatory agencies in more than 40 jurisdictions in three states. Roy is a Senior Fellow of the Mountain Valley Chapter of the American Leadership Forum and has served in leadership capacities with the American Leadership Forum, Los Rios Community College District, Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, PBS KVIE, and the Sacramento Valley Rugby Foundation.
Pramila Kriplani is an accomplished professional with a rich, international background in library science, public administration, and public relations. Raised in India, she earned her Bachelor of Arts before relocating to Zurich, Switzerland. She earned a Master’s degree in Library Science from the University of Montreal and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Pepperdine University. After relocating to Sacramento, Pramila worked as a librarian, serving in various branches throughout the Sacramento Public Library system. In addition to her service in the Sacramento Public Library system, Pramila earned her Real Estate Broker’s license and completed multiple real estate courses from American River College. Pramila has an extensive record of civic and nonprofit leadership, having served on the boards of the Sacramento Women’s Network, Sacramento YWCA, Community Cable Foundation, Sacramento Public Library Foundation, the Crocker Art Museum Foundation, the American Red Cross, Eskaton, and PBS KVIE.
Since 1983, the Sacramento Region Community Foundation has been the leading provider of philanthropic services for individuals, families, and businesses across El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo counties. Local philanthropists have awarded $300 million to local causes through the Foundation since it was established.
