We also know that donors appreciate stability when making these kinds of decisions. That’s why we’re pleased to share that the American Council on Gift Annuities (ACGA) recently confirmed that suggested CGA rates will remain unchanged at this time. After reviewing the Federal Reserve’s recent interest rate adjustments, the ACGA determined that their rate model’s built-in assumptions — such as reliance on the 10-year Treasury and a 13-week smoothing mechanism — help mitigate volatility and provide confidence to donors and organizations alike.
While the ACGA will continue monitoring market conditions, the current suggested rates remain competitive and attractive for both donors and charitable organizations.
