Jessica Hubbard is the Chief Impact Officer at the Sacramento Region Community Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served as executive director of the Yolo Community Foundation, which inspires and supports giving and provides philanthropic leadership in Yolo County. During her tenure, the organization donated over $7.5 million, more than tripled its philanthropic assets to $16.3 million, and created new grants and programs like the Yolo NEON capacity building program, the State of the Yolo Nonprofit Sector Report, and the Yolo COVID-19 Relief Fund.

Previously, Jessica was a corporate philanthropy consultant, helping companies align their community engagement work with their business goals; led the corporate social responsibility function at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the global education company in Boston; and served as a director in the corporate social engagement group at Changing Our World, an Omnicom-owned, NYC-based consulting firm.

Jessica is a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum Mountain Valley Chapter and was named to the Sacramento Business Journal’s 2025 Most Admired CEO’s list. She received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard College. She lives in Davis with her husband and two children.
