Nicole Frances Williams

Nicole Frances Williams, MSW, is a member of the Foundation’s Philanthropy & Communications Committee.

Nicole works as the Senior Strategy Officer for Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area, which provides housing, meals, and support services to thousands of families with sick children accessing lifesaving care across the Bay Area and Northern California region. Additionally, she is a contracted program evaluator and communications professional. Her cross-disciplinary career spans storytelling, social work, nonprofit marketing and fundraising, student affairs and advancement of higher education, gender-based violence work, and research. Nicole holds a bachelor’s in journalism from California State University, Chico and a master’s in social work with an emphasis on social policy and evaluation from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where she also earned a certificate in women’s and gender studies. Sacramento is Nicole’s chosen community, and she is passionate about growing its resources, supporting its nonprofit and educational leaders, and building a local culture that is loving, safe, and just.
