Noah Rosenberg

With a rich background in communications, education, and strategic consulting, Noah currently serves as the Director of Communications and Marketing at Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT), a national nonprofit organization committed to closing the college-achievement gap for young men of color. Since joining IYT in 2021, Noah establish the organization’s Marketing & Communications department, setting up foundational operations, activities, and branding, as well as launching a new organizational website. Under his leadership his department’s accomplishments have included developing and implementing the regional marketing strategies for IYT’s mentorship program, helping expand IYT’s programmatic footprint and establish key partnerships with schools and funders across the country, orchestrating three annual fundraisers achieving revenues over $800K, and organizing state and regional youth conferences with high profile guests and speakers such as Michael D Smith, CEO of AmeriCorps. Noah has helped drive impactful messaging, grow the organizations audience, and build the strategy and infrastructure that is helping IYT reach its vision of national impact and service. Noah also oversees IYT’s media strategy, securing consistent coverage across its three major regions in California, thereby further elevating the organization’s presence and impact in the community.

Outside of work, Noah and his wife Hannah enjoy spending time in California’s regional, state, and national parks and are expecting their first child in July.
