Roy Brewer, partner at Brewer Lofgren LLP, has been one of the leading land use attorneys in the Sacramento area for approval of complex multi-use projects since 1984.

Roy has served as legal counsel, project manager, and advocate for many high-visibility projects and has successfully negotiated approvals with regulatory agencies in more than 40 jurisdictions in three states. He is well-known for helping his clients manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams and is proactive in deflecting conflict and gaining consensus both from public officials and stakeholders.

Over the last four decades, Roy has served as a respected resource to elected and appointed officials at the local, state and federal levels on public policy issues including land use, flood control, water resources and local government reorganization. His community-based servant leadership through volunteer service on boards and commissions demonstrates broad civic engagement and results in trusted relationships with regional opinion leaders.
