Roy Brewer, partner at Brewer Lofgren LLP, has been one of the leading land use attorneys in the Sacramento area for approval of complex multi-use projects since 1984.
Roy has served as legal counsel, project manager, and advocate for many high-visibility projects and has successfully negotiated approvals with regulatory agencies in more than 40 jurisdictions in three states. He is well-known for helping his clients manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams and is proactive in deflecting conflict and gaining consensus both from public officials and stakeholders.
Over the last four decades, Roy has served as a respected resource to elected and appointed officials at the local, state and federal levels on public policy issues including land use, flood control, water resources and local government reorganization.
